Philosophy
Perceive > Understand > Act
I am because I exist.
I exist because I take up physical and spiritual space.
I am, but so is the chair.
The chair exists because it takes up space.
However, from my perspective, it doesn’t take up spiritual space like me.
I know that I am because I perceive and reason.
I am responsible because I have the power and the intention to (partially) control my space with a reason,
while time escapes me.
Even if I know nothing, I’m sure I know at least this much.
The reasons that drive movement are: destiny, power, morality and love.

Philosophy isn’t just a subject we study, it’s something we do, often without realizing it. Every time we pause to wonder why, how, or what for ; we are philosophizing. Philosophy is the human tool for making sense of the world and our place in it.
We all start from a place of uncertainty. But even in uncertainty, there are two things we can be sure of:
Where I am → in a world that surrounds me physically and touches me emotionally/spiritually.
Who I am → a being that thinks, feels, remembers, and decides. I am both body and intention, matter and mind, physical and spiritual.
Philosophy helps us navigate this world. It’s like a compass: when we feel lost, returning to our philosophy helps us find direction. A clear philosophy gives us clarity.
Reality is at least Space-Time
Time moves forward and cannot be controlled. It is the reference frame for our lives and for every project: birth, growth, and end.
Space, however, is where we act. It is partially controllable and exists in two dimensions:
Observable/physical space – the things that we can measure and observe.
Unobservable/spiritual space – the things that we can perceive but not directly observe like intentions, emotions, and ideas.
Each moment in space-time is unique and unrepeatable. What makes us responsible is that, while we cannot alter time, we can shape the space we occupy, physically and spiritually, through conscious choice.
This means that in pursuing any goal, we must tend not only to the physical space required to achieve it but also to the spiritual space that shapes the meaning of this unique and unrepeatable moment in space-time.
The 4 universal forces of movement
Everything we do, whether as a human or a project, is driven by 4 universal forces:
Destiny – Circumstances and external constraints that push us to do.
Power – Our real means and intrinsic capabilities : what we can or cannot do.
Love – What attracts us, drives us, and makes us want to do.
Morality – What we consider right or necessary to do.
A project, like a human life, finds its direction and energy in these 4 forces of movement.
Phylosophy of Solution-01
These five pillars define our philosophy and shape our approach :
- Client-Centric (solving a problem)
- Quality driven (service and feedback driven)
- Ethic handling
- Methodological handling
- Multi perspective thinking (KPI)
We move with purpose because we love solving problems and commit to doing so in the best way possible, prioritizing high-quality, client-centric results.
Our strong sense of morality is integral to our work, ensuring ethical handling in every decision.
We leverage our power to solve complex challenges by detaching from a single perspective to find more robust solutions. This same power allows us to bring clarity to complexity, turning designs into tangible deliveries through predefined methodologies.
Yet, we recognize that our journey has a final, crucial driver. A destiny that is not our own alone, but one that is held in your hands. We are ready to move. The question is, are you ready to chart the course with us? The future we build together awaits.
KPIs
At Solution-01, we believe that effective problem-solving begins with absolute clarity.
Our methodology is a deliberate journey from high-level vision to detailed execution,
ensuring every solution, we deliver is precise, purposeful, and profoundly impactful.
First, we define success. We work collaboratively to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
that are both ambitious and attainable, a balanced set that captures what truly matters.
We meticulously scope the project to ensure all critical elements are included,
eliminating redundancy and focusing our efforts on what will drive real results.
This is how we transform your vision into a clear, measurable objective.
Strategies to solutions
Once a clear path is set, we activate our core principles to bring the solution to life:
- Communication & Consulting: We believe in continuous dialogue, where active listening and transparent updates are essential for building trust and achieving project goals.
- Planning & Execution: A great strategy is nothing without flawless execution. We translate our collective plan into action, meticulously managing every step to turn design into delivery.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: We unite your expertise with our own, fostering a collaborative environment where shared decision-making and mutual support create a sense of collective ownership and responsibility.
- Multi-Perspective Thinking: This is our unique strength. We deliberately step back from a single point of view, considering every angle to build solutions that are not just effective, but truly robust and future-proof.
This integrated approach ensures that the KPIs we set are not just targets, but a living guide that informs every decision and action.
Our Method: A Framework for Strategic Decision-Making
At Solution-01, every successful project begins with a foundational meeting to align on what truly matters. We believe that to initiate any new project, you must first define a set of universal KPIs by analyzing five key pillars:
What to Achieve (Objectives): The ultimate purpose and desired outcomes.
Resources (Investment): The total budget, time, and team you are willing to commit.
Norms (Non-negotiables): The essential rules, regulations, and standards that must be respected.
Risks: The potential threats that need to be anticipated and managed.
Planning (How): The high-level strategy for achieving your goals.
Once these foundational KPIs are set, we transform abstract choices into a tangible, data-driven decision.
We use visual KPI comparison tools that plot each proposed solution against the established KPIs, as illustrated in this slide for the five strategic pillars. By placing different options side-by-side, we empower all parties to objectively identify which path offers the most robust balance of performance, aligns best with our shared objectives, and offers the highest probability of success. This methodology ensures that our project’s journey is guided not by assumption, but by clarity, foresight, and a shared strategic vision from the very start.
Practical Application: Procurement KPI & Comparison
This framework provides a detailed example of how our problem-solving philosophy is applied to a specific procurement scope. We turn complex decisions into a clear, measurable process by systematically comparing contractor offers.
The foundation of this process lies in establishing clear quotation rules. These rules are the key to ensuring every aspect of a bid can be measured and evaluated objectively. By setting these parameters upfront, we guarantee that all proposals are judged on the same merits.
The table serves as our KPI dashboard, breaking down the offers into distinct categories like Project’s Capacity, the Technical Offer, and the Commercial Offer. This multi-perspective approach allows for a comprehensive assessment of each bid. Ultimately, this rigorous comparison, guided by a defined methodology, allows us to select the solution that delivers the best value and performance for our clients.
Strategic planning is directly tied to measurable results
Our methodology visualizes the belief that a robust planning baseline is the foundation for effective KPI set-up.
We break down every project into a comprehensive Gantt chart, where each element serves a dual purpose: it is both a project task and a Key Performance Indicator. This is how we ensure accountability at every level. The high-level bars on the chart represent our major Milestones (High level KPIs), which track our progress toward the overall objectives we defined. The detailed items below them are the specific Tasks (Detailed level KPIs), which guarantee that our daily activities are always moving us toward our ultimate goal.
This approach transforms a project plan from a static document into a dynamic performance tool, ensuring that every action is intentional and every outcome is measurable. With this, we close the chapter on our foundational methodology.
